Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026. EscortAffairs Media Inc operates escort-affairs.net and is the controller of the data described here.
This is a site people use privately, and the honest summary is this: we collect what running it requires, we hold identity documents longer than anything else because verification depends on them, and we hand data to law enforcement when legally compelled. The detail is below.
What we collect
- Account data. Email address and password, which is stored hashed rather than in readable form.
- Profile data. Whatever a provider chooses to publish — city, availability, rates, photographs, description.
- Messages. Conversations sent through the platform, retained so there is a record if something is disputed or reported.
- Verification documents. For providers only: a government-issued identity document and the selfie taken during the check.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the site you arrived from.
- Payment data. Handled by third-party processors. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits of a card. We never see or store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To operate accounts and listings; to run the identity check that the verified badge depends on; to detect fraud, duplicate accounts and stolen photographs; to answer support requests; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell message content. We do not sell profile data or contact details to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Account and profile data — for as long as the account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closure.
- Messages — 12 months, or longer where a specific conversation is subject to an open report or a legal request.
- Verification documents — retained while the account is open and for 12 months after closure, because a claim about a completed check may need to be evidenced after the fact. This is the longest retention period we apply and the most sensitive category we hold.
- Technical logs — 90 days.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: hosting, content delivery, email delivery, payment processing and the identity-verification supplier. They may only use it to provide that service.
Law enforcement, where we are served with a valid legal request, and without waiting for one where we believe there is a risk to a child or an indication of trafficking or coercion. We consider that the right thing to do and we would rather state it plainly here than bury it.
We do not share data with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to certain processing or to have data ported elsewhere.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
One limit worth stating: deleting your account does not delete a message from the other person's copy of a conversation, and it does not shorten the retention of verification documents where we are required to keep them.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Verification documents are held separately from profile data with narrower access. No system is immune, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will tell you.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under eighteen, and any account we believe belongs to a minor is closed and reported.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and account holders are notified of material changes.
