1. Who may use the site

You must be at least eighteen years old. There is no exception to this and no circumstance in which we will make one. Accounts belonging to anyone under eighteen are removed on discovery, and any listing we believe involves a minor is reported to law enforcement rather than handled as a moderation matter.

You are responsible for complying with the law where you are. Rules on adult advertising and on what may lawfully be arranged differ by state, and in some cases by county. The city pages summarise the position in each state we cover, but that is background information rather than legal advice, and it does not replace checking your own situation.

2. What this platform is

We host listings and provide messaging. That is the whole of our role. We are not an agency, we do not employ or represent anyone who lists here, we are not a party to any arrangement made between users, and we take no share of anything agreed between them.

3. What listings may advertise

Listings may advertise companionship, social time, accompaniment to events, and the person's own availability and rates for that time.

Listings may not advertise sexual services in exchange for payment. This is prohibited on this platform in every city, and in every jurisdiction we cover it is also unlawful. Listings that do so are removed when found or reported, and repeat accounts are closed.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following will result in removal, and in the categories marked below in a referral to law enforcement:

• Any involvement of a person under eighteen — reported.
• Trafficking, coercion, or any indication that a person is not acting freely — reported.
• Advertising sexual services for payment.
• Impersonating another person, or using photographs of someone who has not consented.
• Photographs taken from elsewhere on the internet and presented as your own.
• Harassment, threats, or attempts to obtain money by deception.
• Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or attempts to interfere with the site.

5. Verification

Providers must complete an identity check before a listing goes live. This involves submitting a government-issued identity document and a selfie taken at the time of the check, which are compared. What we retain afterwards, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The verified badge shown on a profile means that check was completed and passed. It carries no other meaning and should not be read as an endorsement.

6. Moderation, reports and account closure

Reports submitted through the control on a profile are reviewed by a person. We may remove a listing, suspend an account or close it permanently where these terms have been breached, and we may do so without prior notice where the breach involves the categories in section 4.

You may close your own account at any time. Closure removes your listing from the site; what happens to the underlying data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limits

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that listings will be accurate, or that it will be free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from arrangements made between users, from reliance on a listing, or from any interruption to the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are notified to account holders. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, where EscortAffairs Media Inc is established.
